ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Meet Whisper from A Barking Chance Animal Rescue and Ghostface, Pinhead and Cheryl from the City of Albuquerque’s shelters.
Whisper came to the KOB 4 studio to say hi and share about the Halloween Town adoption event. It is at Fuego 505 and features vendors, adoptable pets, a trunk or treat, costume contest and more.
