ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The City of Albuquerque, in partnership with Quelab Makerspace and Fuse Makerspace, is putting on a Fix it Clinic. The event gives residents a chance to get broken household items repaired.
Rio Bravo Bridge reconstruction project could take three years to complete
The fall fix it clinic will be on October 25, from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. at Fuse Makerspace. Community members can bring in broken household items such as bikes, small appliances, electronics, sewing projects, furniture and more. People can get their items repaired and learn how to asses, disassemble and repair items on their own. Some bigger appliances like refrigerators can not be brought to the clinic. For electronic devices, hardware problems can be fixed but software problems cannot be fixed at the clinic.
