ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A man learned how long he will spend behind bars Wednesday afternoon for raping a woman in the 1990s.
During the sentencing for 52-year-old Brian Rascon, a judge called the case a tragedy, saying that while Rascon has turned his life around, there has to be punishment for the crime.
