A shocking video online shows the arrest of a Chicago ICE agent who is accused of drinking and driving after his car jumped a curb and crashed into a hedgerow

Following a single-car collision in Oak Brook on October 26, Guillermo Diaz-Torres, 33, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, will be arraigned in DuPage County next month. According to the police, he failed a number of field sobriety tests, which included reciting the alphabet, walking in a straight line, and balancing.
