BERNALILLO COUNTY, N.M. (KRQE) – Bernalillo County Fire & Rescue announced on Monday that one of its firefighters died over the weekend while off duty.

The department identified the firefighter as Hunter Stamm and provided the following statement from Bernalillo County Fire & Rescue Chief Zach Lardy:
