In the Nation’s Deadliest State for Pedestrians, Albuquerque Drivers Must Now Stop at Crosswalks for all Pedestrians

Albuquerque is updating is traffic code to require all cars to stop at crosswalks for pedestrians waiting to cross and prohibit drivers from passing other vehicles stopped for people crossing, reports Jordan Honeycutt for KRQE.
