ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A New Mexico man has pleaded not guilty after being accused of a deadly shooting at a house party in late October. Albuquerque police responded to a home on October 25, where they found a 25-year-old man dead inside.
Police say someone called 911 saying they found the victim the night before, and said he may have slipped and hit his head. But after police interviewed witnesses, they say 23-year-old Caleb Parker Arias and the victim got into an argument after everyone left the party.
