Hypersonic missile company chooses New Mexico for ‘Project Ranger’

On Monday, the New Mexico Economic Development Department announced that California-based Castelion Corp. will build its 1,000-acre manufacturing plant, known as ‘Project Ranger,’ in Sandoval County.
