RIO RANCHO, N.M. — Rio Rancho voters will elect a new mayor in 2026 as Gregg Hull announced Tuesday he will not run for reelection.
Hull will shift his focus solely toward his gubernatorial run. The mayor of Rio Rancho since 2014 announced his campaign in mid-April as the first Republican to throw his hat in the ring.
