BERNALILLO COUNTY, N.M. – The Bernalillo County Commission approved the Sedillo Ridge Open Space Master Plan Tuesday night.
Bernalillo County acquired the Sedillo Ridge Open Space in the East Mountains in 1999. The Cibola National Forest and the Loma Ponderosa Open Space border Sedillo Ridge.
Sedillo Ridge has not been open to the public, and the master plan will allow for a series of improvements over time to allow for public access.
