During the event, staff and clients came together to mend clothing, sew items needing repair and prepare care packages for the winter. “We’re here giving away mittens, we’re giving away crochet scares, hats that we make from Tender Love,” said Johanna Pancho. Tender Love Community Center offers homeless clients education, supportive housing and skill building programs to help them get back on their feet.
