Road hazards to watch for this holiday weekend

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Holiday travel is here in full force, and it can make driving more of a challenge whether you were traveling for the holiday, going to work, or heading to the grocery store.

We unfortunately saw the consequences of the heavier traffic on I 40 in Albuquerque Wednesday. A pile up closed eastbound lanes for a while near the Big I.

Police say four people, including three kids, had to go to the hospital after a crash near 2nd St. But they’re all going to be okay.
