Albuquerque man pleads guilty to burglary charges

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – An Albuquerque man facing multiple burglary charges pleaded guilty in court on Monday. Roman Baca admitted to breaking into the MVD Old School of Driving on Coors Blvd. late last year. Cameras at the business show a man leaving in one of the cars used to teach new drivers.

The following day, officers said they found the vehicle in a northwest neighborhood with the driving school’s decals still on the car. On Monday, Baca pled guilty to six charges. He faces up to three years behind bars. His sentencing is set for December 19.
