BERNALILLO — An affordable housing apartment complex will see some changes with the help of county revenue obligations.
The Arrowhead Ridge Apartments, a 180-unit complex located near Ridgecrest Drive in Rio Rancho, will be acquired, rehabilitated and equipped with county financing.
