ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – A Sandoval County Sheriff’s Office deputy is facing DWI charges after being pulled over by an Albuquerque police officer.
The incident occurred on Sunday when Kevin Saiz allegedly ran a red light at Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue and Broadway, nearly causing a crash.
