ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Albuquerque police released details on Friday after an officer shot a man last month along I-40.
On Nov. 2, police say Claude Laska shot a man and kidnapped a woman, prompting a police chase in the early hours of Nov. 3. APD previously issued a safety bulletin warning Laska was armed and dangerous.
