NEW YORK (PIX11) – A food processing plant is recalling over 60,000 pounds of chicken shipped nationwide, the United States Department of Agriculture announced Friday.
The soy was not declared on the product label, according to the recall.

The issue was discovered when the company notified the Food Safety and Inspection Service that mislabeled chicken containing soy was assigned a non-allergen product code, officials said.
To date, no confirmed reports of adverse reactions have been reported.

The chicken was produced on October 16, 2025.
- 18-lb. cases containing four units of “FULLY COOKED BREADED CHICKEN PORTIONS,” with case code “P-1380 126237 B30851 23:11 K04” printed on the side of the packaging.
