Man pleads guilty to charges for killing missing man

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — A man has pleaded guilty to charges for two killings, including kidnapping and killing someone while they were recovering from brain surgery.

Preston Ball was arrested for kidnapping Matthew Aragon with his own car in late November of 2024, killing him and leaving him to die in Los Lunas.

When he went missing, Aragon was not able to speak well and had left behind the medicine he needed while recovering from brain surgery…
