Albuquerque City Councilor Tammy Fiebelkorn introduced a resolution Monday night that would give up to $2 million in unspent funds to city workers, something she says was promised, but other councilors say there are better ways to help workers. “I just wanted to make sure that we have our city employees in mind as well,” said Tammy Fiebelkorn, Albuquerque city councilor for District 7.
