Albuquerque-based Faith Comes By Hearing mourns the loss of its co-founder

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – An Albuquerque faith-based non-profit is mourning the loss of its co-founder, Anet Jackson, who died peacefully on December 20 at 90 years old. “I’ve had a wonderful life, and it expands as you put your hand in the Lord’s,” said Jackson in a video for the non-profit.

Jackson is best known for co-founding Faith Comes By Hearing alongside her husband in the 1970s. Her husband, Jerry, had said he felt God’s call to set roots in Albuquerque. They soon started the ministry that records the audio of the Gospel in different languages and distributes them to communities all across the globe.

“Over 70% of the world’s population is primarily an oral communicator.
