ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – A new ghost bike marks the location of Larry Stoehr’s last ride, where he was killed in a crash.
The crash occurred on Nov. 14, and the ghost bike serves as a memorial and a reminder for people to share the road and pay attention while driving.
“It takes training your eye to see others on the road, and we can totally do that,” said Jennifer Buntz, president of Duke City Wheelman. “So we are definitely in favor of more mindful and more active driving. Really looking, as opposed to being pre-occupied by something else besides driving.”…
