New Mexico – A strong cold front moving through the state Sunday is driving a sharp return to winter-like temperatures, prompting significantly colder mornings and brisk winds across northern and central New Mexico.
According to the National Weather Service in Albuquerque, overnight low temperatures late Sunday into Monday morning are expected to fall into the teens across much of the state, with single digits in high-elevation and northern communities.
