ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A New Mexico man is behind bars Saturday evening after police say he threatened to shoot up a popular Albuquerque venue after getting into an argument with his girlfriend. Police say 24-year-old Andy Ray Molina was arrested early Saturday morning at Revel ABQ, a popular entertainment venue.

Court documents say Molina’s girlfriend was about to get taken away in an ambulance for an unknown reason, but Molina quickly became aggressive, threatening to follow the ambulance, and telling staff he had a gun. Once police arrived, they spoke with a witness who told officers that Molina told the security guard at the venue that he was going to get his gun from his car and shoot up the building.
