SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – Art is popping up across New Mexico as part of the Route 66 centennial anniversary celebration this year. On Sunday, a mural was unveiled at the New Mexico History Museum.
“It’s amazing, especially to have it as part of this museum dedicated to preserving the history of this state that I love so much,” artist Molly Mendenhall said.
