ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Sunday was Inauguration Day in Albuquerque for five city councilors and Mayor Tim Keller who formally began his historic third term in office.
“This third term, voters are asking more from all of us. They want more collaboration, more accountability, more urgency,” Keller said.
