ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Several fires over the weekend left people displaced from their homes in Albuquerque.
The Red Cross is helping two people after a fire Monday morning at an apartment near Louisiana and Lomas. Crews arrived at around 5 a.m. and took about 20 minutes to put out a fire that was contained to one apartment. Another apartment has water and smoke damage. AFR ruled the fire as an accident.
Around 5 p.m. Sunday, a home on Tahiti, near Candelaria and Juan Tabo caught fire. Two people were inside but no one was seriously hurt. Firefighters contained the damage to the kitchen and the hallway…
