ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – A school bus slid off the road and on to a 30-foot embankment up in the Northeast Heights near Albuquerque.
Crews with Bernalillo County Fire and Rescue responded Thursday morning to a crash in the area of Forest Service 333 Road and Tierra Monte Drive. They found the bus off the road on the embankment.
BCFR crews stabilized the bus and extricated the driver who didn’t sustain any injuries. No students or passengers were on the bus at the time of the incident…
