ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Downtown Growers Winter Market is back, and the community was able to shop for all things local. The market took place at the event venue Fusion near First and Lomas.
This is the second winter market since the COVID pandemic. People were able to buy winter foods, including fresh local honey, farm-fresh eggs, vegetables, hand-crafted goods, and natural wellness products.

More than 50 local growers, artisans, and food vendors attended Saturday’s event. “So, if you believe in supporting your local artisans, your local prepared food people, your local farmers, anything local, then you should absolutely be down here at this event. We’re all about community, we’re all about supporting local, and so if that is your jam, this is your spot,” said Market Manager Kat Cannella.
