Albuquerque, New Mexico — Temperatures are running well above normal today across Albuquerque and much of eastern New Mexico, with highs 15–20 degrees above average and near-record warmth possible in parts of the region.
For Albuquerque, afternoon highs are expected in the low to mid-50s, while eastern New Mexico warms even more dramatically. Forecast highs include:
- Clines Corners: ~71°F
- Fort Sumner: ~71°F (near record)
- Las Vegas Airport: ~63°F (near record)
- Tucumcari Airport: ~73°F, which may tie or exceed a record
This warmth won’t last.
