ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Actor-director Timothy Busfield, accused of inappropriately touching minors, says an audio recording tells a different story than what prosecutors have said. Busfield is accused of inappropriately touching two boys on the set of The Cleaning Lady while filming in Albuquerque.
On Monday, his defense filed what they want to present during his detention hearing. According to his defense team, they have audio recordings of the Albuquerque Police Department’s initial interviews with the two boys. His defense team states that in those interviews, both children denied busfield touched them in their private areas. Prosecutors claimed that it doesn’t exonerate Buschfield, but that it was the boys failing to disclose the abuse…
