APD: Juvenile driving minibike injured in crash in northeast Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Albuquerque Police Department said a juvenile was injured in a crash in northeast Albuquerque. Around 4 p.m. on Thursday, they said officers were sent to the area of Edith Blvd. and La Donna Lane. APD said that two juveniles were driving south on Edith on minibikes. Near an intersection, one of the juveniles, who was on the shoulder, moved off the shoulder but drove into oncoming traffic and was struck.
