ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – An Albuquerque man was sentenced for stealing a bait car in downtown Albuquerque in July 2025. Andrew Romero, 38, stole the car near Presbyterian Hospital before driving it back to his home in Los Lunas. During that drive, he tossed a stolen firearm out of his vehicle before getting caught by police.
