Last year, the “Breaking Bad” house in Albuquerque, New Mexico, hit the market for $4 million… and failed to attract a buyer.
Now, the asking price has been lowered to $400,000 . . . which is the actual market value.
Apparently, someone convinced the owner that $4 million was a fair asking price, because whoever bought it could turn it into a tourist attraction, like a “Breaking Bad” museum, and make money off it…
