RIO RANCHO, N.M. (KRQE) – After the city of Rio Rancho launched new technology to crack down on speeders, it didn’t take long for vandals to strike.
Just this week, two of the city’s new speed camera boxes were spray-painted. In years past, speed vans were vandalized with graffiti, and some vans were even set on fire.
