On Friday, Feb. 6, Bernalillo County District Attorney Sam Bregman announced that the actor was indicted by a Bernalillo County grand jury on four counts of criminal sexual contact of a child. All counts are third-degree felonies, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, and pertain to events in October 2022 and September 2023.
The indictment came after Busfield, 68, was officially charged on Jan. 13 with two counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor and one count of child abuse. He was released from custody in New Mexico on Jan. 20…
