Sneaky ‘safety sticks’ handing out instant $30 tickets to drivers who break ‘90 second rule’

DRIVERS may soon find themselves being hit with parking tickets for standing in a spot for more than 90 seconds.

If found to be in violation of the new parking enforcement program, drivers are liable to be hit with a fine for each and every offense.

New parking cameras called Safety Sticks are set to be installed at specific areas where parking rules are frequently ignored by drivers.
