Public comment on PNM sale to Blackstone to resume Tuesday

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – The New Mexico Public Regulation Commission is resuming its public comment period on the proposed sale of PNM’s parent company.

From 1-7 p.m. Tuesday at the University of New Mexico Student Union, you can weigh in on the proposed sale of TXNM Energy to Blackstone.

TXNM Energy owns PNM, which is New Mexico’s largest electricity provider. Meanwhile, Blackstone Infrastructure is one of the largest private equity firms in the world…
