(KTLA) – A Nevada couple visiting Disneyland was treated for minor injuries after a tree fell in the park Tuesday night.

A tree on the patio of Plaza Inn came down around 11:40 p.m., according to Disneyland officials.
“My husband and I were the ones hit,” LeWanda Joseph of Las Vegas wrote on the Disneyland Magic Keyholders Facebook group. “The tree fell directly on top of us. We had just sat down to take photos at the table when the tree snapped and fell.”
The couple were treated by Disneyland First Aid for minor grazes and released, according to Disneyland officials. The couple was in town for the final night of “Sweethearts Nite,” the park’s after-dark Valentine-themed event.
