Some animals brighten your whole world with a single look, and Blossom, a tiny foster kitten from Albuquerque, New Mexico, was one of them. Despite a rough start in life, she never lost her sparkle.
Alongside her sisters, Bubbles and Buttercup, Blossom was rescued at just a few weeks old and placed in the caring hands of volunteer foster mom Lauren Boutz.
The trio was far too young for adoption. They needed round-the-clock care, warmth, and patience, and Lauren was ready to give them all of it.
Inspired by the cartoon The Powerpuff Girls, the sisters quickly earned their superhero nicknames. And just like their animated counterparts, they were bursting with personality, equal parts sweet, spunky, and mischievous.
