SAN DIEGO (Border Report) — Close to 200 semi trucks throughout Mexico were set on fire by cartel members following the death of their boss, drug kingpin Nemesio “El Mencho” Oseguera, according to Manuel Sotelo, vice president of the Northwest Chamber of Freight Carriers in Baja California.
