Man facing gun, drug charges following Albuquerque road rage incident, police say
David Torrez, 52, was riding a Harley Davidson motorcycle eastbound on I-40 near mile marker 114 in Laguna when he was hit from behind by another vehicle on Feb. 15. The driver of the other vehicle fled the scene, state police said.
