A truck driver was shot with pepper balls, tased, and arrested after plowing through the investigation of a fatal crash on I-40 in New Mexico.
The investigation and subsequent incident occurred on Monday, February 23rd on Interstate 40 near Albuquerque, New Mexico.
According to KOB4, two lanes of I-40 were closed as officers investigated the scene of a previous crash that killed Sergeant Michael Schlattman.
