Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –A California man has been sentenced to 26 years in prison for a drunk driving crash that killed two young men north of Santa Fe in February of 2024. Scott Sullivan pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide late last year after the collision killed Landon Crossley and Jordan Dwyer and injured two others riding in the vehicle. Sullivan was driving the wrong way on U.S. 84/285 near Tesuque when he crashed into the vehicle driven by Dwyer. The young men, from Texas, were on their way to Colorado for a snowboarding trip. Prosecutors showed the court a photo taken by police of an open bottle of whiskey on the floor of Sullivan’s rental car. Sullivan has two prior drunk driving cases from 1999 and 2002.
