ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – A SWAT team has taken a man into custody after Albuquerque police say he stole a truck at gunpoint near San Mateo Boulevard and Central Avenue.
The incident occurred around 1:20 p.m. when police say the suspect barricaded himself inside the stolen truck. Officers arrived at the scene, and the man refused to surrender initially.
After some time, the suspect opened the truck’s door and was taken into custody by the SWAT team…
