ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Richie B’s Pizza owner Chuck Ruiz is introducing a new creation, the “Bacon Me Crazy” slice, featuring bacon, pineapple, ricotta cheese, and a spicy peach sauce.
Ruiz, known for innovative pizzas, shared that the idea came from what he calls the “pizza lab.” Despite initially opposing pineapple on pizza, he says he became a fan after tasting the combination.
Richie B’s is moving its location to the west side near the corner of Unser and Ladera. The east side location will close, but there’s a plan to reopen in the northeast this year…
