SANDOVAL COUNTY — A local law enforcement officer is attempting to trade his handcuffs for a pen as he announces his run for county commission. E. Paul Linson announced his candidacy for Sandoval County Commissioner District 3 on March 12.
Linson, who has served 23 years in law enforcement and used to be a police chief in the village of Bosque Farms, is running on the platform of “boots-on-the-ground-leadership,” according to a release.
