Bosque Farms fires police officer after indictment

BOSQUE FARMS — A local municipality has finally officially broken ties with a police officer who was charged with criminal sexual penetration late last year.

At a special council meeting on Monday, March 9, the Bosque Farms Village Council unanimously voted to uphold the recommendation of the village personnel board to terminate BFPD Lt. Ricky Dominguez, 41, of Los Lunas.

Dominguez was arrested and booked into the Valencia County Detention Center on Nov. 3, 2025, after allegedly having sexual intercourse with a 21-year-old Los Lunas woman without her consent.
