ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Juani’s Kitchen says community support helped save the restaurant from closing after it fell three months behind on rent.
Juani’s Kitchen owner Lorena Rangel said she and her family started the business during the pandemic by selling tamales on Facebook after losing their jobs.
