MESCALERO APACHE RESERVATION — The Sago Fire has now burned 300 acres with no containment on the Mescalero Apache Reservation, as of Sunday in New Mexico.
Fire crews say the risk to some nearby structures is “diminishing.” They also say people should try to avoid Sago and Turkey Canyon roads because of the ongoing risk of blowing ash out there…
