ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – New information revealed the man charged in the killing of 19-year-old Roman Valenciano was once charged with murder at age 17.
Albuquerque police said Thursday that 31-year-old Cecilio Lopez shot Valenciano during a road rage encounter.
